A San Jose based software company is seeking a Lead JAVA Swing Developer to scale and grow the current product and team. Our client creates enterprise performance management software and sells it to various Fortune 500 customers.

As a Lead JAVA Developer, you must have solid Swing, JAVA API, JUNIT, AJAX and SQL experience. As the team lead, you will oversee 4 developers and continue to grow out the team. Additionally, you will be intimately involved in product architecture and development for their high performance and highly scalable web-based and desktop applications.

They are currently migrating some of their desktop applications to more of a web-based solution. So, this type of experience is a plus.
