Our client is a boutique marketing agency that enables clients to gather, assimilate and maintain complex information to deliver real-time marketing intelligence for CRM initiatives. This client is headquartered in the Midwest and has an IT office in West LA.
They are seeking an exceptional candidate for a Lead SQL Server Database Developer who possesses brilliant skills to work on developing and improving ETL processes, optimizing queries, building support applications for marketing campaign management, improving database security, and leveraging customer data.

Excellent written and verbal skills are essential for success.

Must Have the following Technical Skills: - 8+ years developing in an MS-SQL environment - Design and build new ETL processes - Maintain and modify existing ETL processes - SQL Server 2000 or 2005 - Understand complex data models - Development and Production Experience - Team lead in a data warehouse environment - Very strong MS-SQL programming skills, including writing queries, designing databases, writing stored procedures, building and maintaining DTS packages

Pluses: - Experience upgrading from a SQL 2000 to a SQL 2005 environment - DBA experience and understanding of best practices in a large database environment
