Our client is a global real estate development and investment company located in downtown Chicago. Due to recent expansion they are seeking an VB.NET Developer with ASP.NET experience to create new enhancements to a web-based property management application. Base salary starts at $50,000.


Our client is seeking a mid-level developer with 2-4 years of total application development experience with emphasis on VB.Net and ASP.NET. The must have technical skills are ASP.Net, VB.NET, XML, and SQL 2005. An object-oriented background and full life cycle development experience is highly desired, not required. The desire to learn and a strong work ethic is greatly desired as well.


You will be working on a team of 3 developers developing an application that handles property contracts, sales information, and property information for development properties around the country. This application is the backbone of the company, so constant new development will be required.
