Based in Norcross on a beautiful campus, we are a provider of financial e-commerce services and products that streamline the payment process. We have been in business for 25 years with major clients in every industry and offices across the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia. Due to the tremendous amount of growth we've experienced over the last two years, we are now looking to re-engineer our systems infrastructure.
We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with experience architecting/re-architecting a large-scale, data center consolidation. We are a Linux RedHat 8/ES 3 environment with Oracle 9i RAC, Foundry Load Balancers, and EMC SAN also running in production. We are currently provisioning some different technologies and solutions for the years ahead, so those with experience in RedHat ES 4/5, Apache, Tomcat, Websphere, and especially VMWare would be highly preferred.
This person will essentially be acting as a consultant for internal business units doing design and architecture. Experience with project management, dev/test/QA environments, and high-availability/high-transactional environment would be great. Six Sigma or ITIL methodologies knowledge would also be preferred.
