Description:
A Sunnyvale based enterprise service and support company is seeking a Senior Sun Solaris Server Engineer.
The company is seeking a Senior Sun Solaris Server Engineer to act as a lead customer issue resolution engineer and take ownership of all assigned tickets. A secondary function is to act as a mentor to other engineers as assigned and to develop internal certification criteria and curriculum.
The must have skills include:
-Sun Solaris administration
-Sun Hardware troubleshooting and debugging
-Project Management experience
-Excellent verbal communication
Strong pluses include:
-Customer service experience
-Training or mentorship for junior engineers
The company provides tuition reimbursement for any relevant certifications and has been around for eleven years in the server service industry.
