A hands-on Technical Manager is needed immediately for a fast-paced software development company based in Burlington, MA. This position requires a strong Web Services background. Specific technologies desired include:

*AJAX
*XML/XSL
*Javascript
*SOAP (plus)
*Websphere, Weblogic, or JBoss

This position will involve managing technical projects, and requires a strong hands-on background with ample leadership skills. Experience in a customer-interactive type of role is strongly desired. This person must be willing to do some travel to client sites.
